How do I register?

Where does my registration fee go?

Is there a limit to the number of racers?
Yes, due to limited parking and sensitivity of the trails the race will max out at 500 runners. We strongly encourage car-pooling.
Will there be a drop bag location?
Due to the size of the event, parking is at a minimum in the lot so you may be directed to park on 3rd line. This year parking on 3rd line is limited to West side of road only - this will be enforced. We will have shuttle cars up and down 3rd Line. We STRONGLY encourage runners to carpool to the event.
For 25k/12k racers, you will be able to check a small bag at the Start/Finish line. You can pick up a label to write your name and bib # on it at the registration desk to attach to the front of your bag.
For 50km runners there will be a designated drop bag/aid station area at the start/finish line which is also the beginning of your second 25km loop. More details to follow.
What is the difficulty of the terrain?
The 12km* Shortest Course is a technical, mildly challenging run. Mostly single and double track trails through Mono Cliffs Park.
The 25km* Course is as difficult and as much fun as we could make it. If you survive ‘cardiac hill’ at km 2, and ‘68 steps to ruin’, and the ‘roots of all evil’, then the rest is an easy rolling romp towards the finish line.
The 50km* Ultra Course Two loops of 25k combines Mono Cliffs Park with the trails in the Dufferin Forest. Tons of single and double track trails with scenic views and challenging climbs.

Are there time limits?
Yes, for the 50k Ultra Course there is a hard cut-off time of 8 hours - 9:36/km pace maximum. Failure to comply may result in a re-route to the finish.
Can I change my registered distance?
Yes you can. Until September 19, please login to your Race Roster account and a transfer option will be visible – admin fee of $1.95. (more instruction here)
Once the race is sold out, changes will be handled on a case by case basis by the Race Directors.
Are there refunds?
Is there a minimum age for participants?
- Minimum age 18 for the 50k.
- Minimum age 13 for the 25k
- No age limit for the 12k Course Distance.
- All racers under 18 require parental consent and waiver.
Can I have stroller, jogger, dog or hiking poles on the course?
No, the terrain is not suitable.
Can I wear headphones?
NO! You MUST be aware of your surroundings at all times; this includes the warnings & instructions of course officials and other runners telling you they are passing.
How many water stations on the course?
There are 7 water / aid stations. 12k Course = 3 water station, 25k = 7 water stations, 50 = 15 water stations. We will also have water at the start/finish as well as an electrolyte drink.
Will you feed us after the race?
Of course! All racers will be treated to a post-race meal. Details will follow.
How will my race time be recorded?
Chip Time will be provided by Enfield Timing
Will I receive a medal?
Yes! We are proud to present our new finishers medal to all participants - ribbons will feature each distance.
When is race kit pick-up?
Early race kit pick-up will be Friday, September 22 at Running Free Store, Orangeville (88 First Street in the Staples Plaza) from 11am to 6pm. Race day pick-up is Saturday morning from 06:00 – 09:50 a.m.
Can I pick up a friend’s race kit?
Yes, please bring a signed letter or email from the friend.
